Jeremy Farmer, born in the United Kingdom, developed a passion for painting at school culminating in being selected to exhibit at the school’s Centenary as representative of his decade. Whilst juggling family life and a career in design, architecture and property he has sought to produce a large and varied body of work. He paints predominantly seascapes, landscapes and architectural compositions using oils and acrylic. He has enjoyed sell-out one man shows in London and Cornwall and regularly exhibits in group shows. Recently, he has also been undertaking a large number of commissions. He has had his work published worldwide.
Farmer’s career in design and architecture has enhanced his sense of structure, space and form. This can be seen throughout his work. He says “I believe my love of structural form manifests itself constantly in all my work, even perhaps, when it is the chaos of nature contrasting with the order of architecture.”
